RETURNS + REFUNDS
Refunds on items are only available if the products are found to be defective or damaged.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase please contact Bird on the Buffalo within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to consider a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
To enquire about a return please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will aim to reply to your request as soon as possible.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Once your return is received we will assess the goods to determine if they are faulty and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is granted, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, pending standard transaction times.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund please contact your personal financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and will advise the most appropriate method of returning the goods. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
